What to get in touch about
- Corrections. If a date, a cooking time or a calculation looks wrong, tell us which page and what you expected to see. Accuracy matters more to us than anything else on the site, and genuine errors are fixed quickly.
- Bug reports. Let us know the page, your device and browser, and what happened. A screenshot helps enormously.
- Ideas for new tools. Most of what gets built next comes from visitor suggestions. Tell us what you were trying to work out and could not.
- Accessibility. If something is hard to use with a screen reader, a keyboard or at a larger text size, we want to know so it can be fixed.
- Advertising and business enquiries. Use the same address and put the subject in the first line.
- Privacy requests. For anything relating to data protection, including GDPR and CCPA requests, write to the same address with Privacy in the subject line.
Before you write
A few questions come up often enough that the answer may already be waiting for you. Each tool page has its own frequently asked questions section at the bottom, and the about page explains how the holiday dates are calculated. If a countdown looks wrong by a day, the usual cause is the time zone or the date setting on your own device, since every countdown is calculated from your local clock.
If a tool does not respond at all, check that JavaScript is switched on in your browser. All of the calculations happen on your device, so nothing works without it.
What we cannot help with
We are not able to give individual legal, financial, dietary or food safety advice, and we cannot take responsibility for how the estimates on this site are used in your kitchen. For food safety questions, your national food standards agency is the right place to ask. We also do not publish sponsored articles or paid links.

How quickly do you reply?
Most messages get an answer within three working days. Replies can be slower during December, which is by far the busiest month for the site.
I found a mistake in a calculation. What should I send?
The page address, the numbers you entered, and the result you expected. That is usually enough to reproduce the problem straight away.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. We do not publish sponsored content, guest articles or paid links of any kind.
